If you were arrested prior to November 1, 2008, the State set fee is $175.

If you were arrested after November 1, 2008, the State set fee is $160.

The State set fee is $160.

Alcohol/Drug Assessment for Court

The fee is $160.00 for this non-license reinstatement service. ADSAC DUI fees are mandated by the state. All fees will be collected prior to Assessment services rendered. Fees can be paid with cash, money order, or debit card. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Evaluations for Probation

(Not for License Reinstatement)

Anger Evaluation - $200.00
Substance Abuse Evaluation - $200.00
Mental Health Evaluation - $200.00

Professional ADSAC DUI Classes

The ADSAC DUI Assessment will determine which class you will be required to take.

10 Hour ADSAC Class - $150 State Fee
24 Hour ADSAC Class - $360 State Fee

All fees are mandated by the state. Fees can be paid in portions before each class but these must be paid in full before the completion of the class. Fees can be paid with cash, money order, or debit card. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Substance Abuse Classes

6 Weeks Substance Abuse Class/Group : $300

12- Weeks Substance Abuse Class/Group : $600
