To reduce the number of repeat offenders on Oklahoma roadways by providing educational services to DUI and/or Drug offenders, assist offenders to identify substance abuse problems, and refer those offenders identified with substance abuse problems to licensed community-based treatment programs.
Have you been charged with a DUI offense around the Oklahoma area? Here are the important things you should prioritize:
If you have not spoken with an attorney, do so. You only have a certain amount of days to object in having your license revoked. An attorney can assist you with this. Next, call us at 918-586-2039 as soon as possible. The faster you get started with services, the faster you will get your life back on track. We can provide general information over the phone, as well as schedule your appointments. Please have the following information ready when you call:
Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) (This can be found on your arrest report.)
Date of Birth
Date, city, type of offense, attorney name
Driver License number
Social Security Number
The ADSAC Assessment is designed to determine what level of recommendations is appropriate for each individual. We are required to ask you a series of questions to accomplish this. If certain “risk” indicators or factors are present, you may be referred to substance abuse counseling or treatment. You can seek these services through ADSAC DUI School, Inc. or we can provide you a list of approved providers you can choose from.
If you have been arrested for a DUI violation and your license has been revoked, you will receive a letter from the Department of Public Safety (DPS) that will include the following information:
Amount of Reinstatement Fee (Usually $315 or More)
Date You Are Eligible to Reinstate Your License (Usually 6 Months)
Instructions to Obtain an Alcohol/Drug Assessment (ADSAC DUI) and to Follow the Recommendations of the ADSAC DUI Assessment
Voluntary IDAP Program - As of Nov 12, 2019 under Statute 595:40-7 it is no longer required for an individual to have a breathalyzer installed in their vehicle. Please contact your attorney for more information.
Oklahoma does not currently have an online option for ADSAC DUI classes or Victim Impact Panel.
If you are non-resident of the State of Oklahoma and you receive a DUI while in Oklahoma, you must contact The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse at 918-586-2039 to get approval for your out-of-state class.
